Registration on The F1 Times isn't necessary to view articles and/or user profiles, however, if you wish to engage with the community through commenting, liking, writing, sharing, creating your own profile and interacting with other users does require registration.
To register, you must provide your real name, a nickname - this will be your unique identifier and must not contain vulgar or offensive words, your email address (which must be valid, and your own), and a password.
Any attempt to upset other members by using profanities in either your name or nickname will be deemed as a breach of these terms and you will be deleted and banned from future use of this website.
You are solely responsible for the activity on your account. If you feel your account has been attacked, hacked or defaced you must immediately report it to us, so we can then investigate the situation. The F1 Times will not be liable for any losses of information on your account, such as your articles, but not limited to. You are liable for any loss to The F1 Times and it's users if you engage in unauthorised activity.
By providing your email address, you are consenting to the use of your email address by The F1 Times for communication purposes. These include notices of termination, changes to the terms of use and the privacy policy, updates to the website, notices of competitions and the such.

By submitting content under your account, you are confirming that you own all copyrights to the content. This includes images and/or videos attached to your article, apart from the main article image which has been sourced through The F1 Times. You may embed video's from popular video hosting sites with their express permission.
The F1 Times reserves the right to delete any content it believes to be in violation of copyright law. This can take place without prior or post notice to the user.
You will indemnify and hold harmless The F1 Times, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Site, use of the Service, violation of the Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account on The F1 Times, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
