De la Rosa drops to 24th with engine change

Sunday 29th August 2010, 11:11

Pedro de la Rosa will take a grid drop of ten places after his Sauber team chose to change his engine after qualifying, however having qualified 22nd, he will only drop two places to 24th.

The Spaniard has used up his eight allocated engines for the season after a spate of failures in the early stages of the championship.

This will be his ninth engine and he will likely need another before the season end, with seven races left, including the Belgium GP.
