- What is The F1 Times?
The F1 Times is aiming to become the best fan-orientated news website following Formula One. Not only do we publish the latest stories from the F1 world right on our homepage, but we also encourage enthusiastic fans to sign-up and write their own articles - this offers another perspective on the daily F1 happenings, whilst offering opinionated and interesting articles.

Commenting on Articles

Anyone who is a registered member can comment on articles. We want to build a bustling community of F1 fans, so we encourage article commenting.
We do however ask you to obey certain guidelines and rules regarding commenting on articles and member walls. Click here to see them.
If you wish to have a comment removed which you feel is rude, abusive, spam or the like then please contact us using the form on the right. Select 'report comment' as the subject and add the following to the message; the articles unique ID (this can be found at the very end of the URL: example: '00072') and a brief explanation of why the comment should be removed.
Using images/stories from the site

Sorry, in short, the answer is no. The F1 Times does not hold the copyright to the images on the site, we have permission from the copyright holders to use them but not to distribute them. All images remain copyrighted to their respective owners.
All our stories are copyrighted to their respective owners. This is the case whether the story has been written by one of our journalists or a member. If, however, you are a news publisher and would like some stories writing for your publication, please contact us using the form on the right and we will be happy to discuss this matter.

Yes. They are totally free to users in the UK. We won't charge you a penny, however, our international users may be charged a small fee by their operator. This is out of our control. Whilst the majority don't charge, some do, and in most cases this will only be a small fee. The F1 Times isn't responsible for any charges.
Our updates are currently limited to Practice, Qualifying and the Race top 10 drivers, as well as breaking news - so you'll be the first to know about anything important. This is a new system we are testing and we hope to rollout more features soon.
Simply click here, and choose 'unsubscribe' from the drop-down menu. Enter your mobile number and then submit the form. You will be removed from our mobile updates list within 24 hours.
Firstly, you will not receive a confirmation message, secondly, we only update you on practice, qualifying and race results, as well as breaking news. If you haven't received updates, and these events have taken place, then there may have been an error adding your number. Simply try again, making sure you use the international dialling code, i.e. +44797XXXXXXX for UK users, a full list of codes can be found on the sign-up page.
Problems accessing your profile
- I can't login to my profile!
- I have registered, but not received confirmation.
Firstly, make sure the CAPS lock button isn't on when it shouldn't be, failing that, you can get a password reminder sent to the email address you registered with, simply click 'forgot password' on the login page.
Check your e-mail's spam folder. Sometimes e-mail's from "The F1 Times" can be placed in your systems spam folder, if you find an e-mail from us in there, make sure you safelist it so that it doesn't happen again. If you still can't find an e-mail from us, contact on using the form on the right.

We do indeed. We have numerous advertising locations around the site, all perfectly positioned to catch our readers eye.
We can also accommodate custom adverts, such as; background adverts, giant banner adverts, expandable adverts and much more.
